AVA Certification Agreement
I agree the AVA will be held harmless for any intentional, or unintentional false claims my company may have declared. To the best of my knowledge the product information and ingredients submitted for the AVA Certification Program is accurate. I understand this certification is presented based on the information given above, and the AVA Certification will become null and void if product is altered in any way shape or form without the prior consent of the AVA. |

AVA Certification is valid for 1 year from the date printed on your certificate.
Information submitted to the AVA will be kept in total confidentiality. Submitting this application does not give authorization to use the AVA Certified Logo until application is approved. Unauthorized use of the AVA LOGO is a violation of the Federal Trademark laws
The Certification Process takes 5-7 Business days from receipt of the product samples. To request expedited review call (201) 715-2266.
Your application fee will be fully refunded in the event your products do not pass the AVA Review Committee evaluation. |
